Rules for the dev wallets

Simple, public rules.

What the 00 dev wallets can and can't do. Every rule is checkable on the Explorer.

No hidden bags

We can make these rules stricter at any time. We never loosen them.

Milestones

The dev side is 00 wallets in pairs: BOWL-1 and TEAM-1 share a milestone, then BOWL-2 and TEAM-2, and so on. A pair unlocks only after the market cap has held its milestone (rule 2). If a milestone is never reached, that pair never sells.

  • Loading the milestones…
Tranche
One dev wallet's allocation: 0.0% of supply, 0,000,000 KOTIK.
Market cap
Price × total supply from DexScreener, for the pair the Explorer links (pump.fun's own number if DexScreener has none). The Explorer shows the source and the time.
Day
A UTC calendar day.
Move
Any KOTIK leaving a dev wallet or its lock: a sale, a transfer, anything. Claiming from its own lock into the same wallet is not a move.

The six rules

00 public wallets, nothing hidden

What this means. The dev side is 00 wallets × 0.0% = 0% of supply (00,000,000 KOTIK). The creator buys it in the coin's creation transaction and moves all of it into the announced wallets, or their locks, on launch day. The creator wallet then holds 0 KOTIK, and the team holds no KOTIK anywhere else.

How to check. The creation tx shows the buy. The Explorer shows each wallet's balance live. The creator wallet balance is 0 on Solscan.

Locked until its milestone

Checked automatically

What this means. A wallet can't move a single token until the market cap has stayed at or above its milestone for 00 hours in a row, counted as consecutive hourly closes on DexScreener's 1 h chart. Then rule 3 starts. If the wallet sits in a Jupiter Lock, the lock's cliff date must also have passed, and that part is enforced on-chain. Whichever comes later wins.

How to check. The Explorer flags "moved while locked" in red by itself. The 00 h hold is read off the DexScreener chart.

00 hours of public notice before any sale

What this means. When a milestone has held for 00 h, we post a notice on X and Telegram, and the Explorer marks the pair "Milestone hit · unlock after notice". No token moves for at least 00 hours after the post. The notice names the wallets and addresses, the milestone with a chart screenshot, the earliest start time (UTC) and the daily limits.

How to check. Compare the time of the post with the wallet's first outgoing transaction on Solscan, via the wallet's link on the Explorer.

Slow selling only

What this means. Each wallet sells at most 00% of its tranche per day (0,000,000 KOTIK), so emptying a wallet takes at least 0 days. All dev wallets together sell at most 0% of $KOTIK's 24 h trading volume per day, in USD, as DexScreener shows it at the first sale of that UTC day. We post that screenshot with the day's sales. Once a pair has unlocked it stays unlocked, even if the market cap falls later, and the daily limits still apply.

How to check. Add up a wallet's outgoing KOTIK per UTC day on Solscan and compare it with the posted volume. The Explorer shows how much of each tranche has already moved.

Bowl-wallet money only buys cat food

What this means. All the SOL a Bowl wallet (BOWL-1 to BOWL-0) gets from selling goes to the Kotik Bowl within 24 hours of the sale. It may keep up to 0.01 SOL for network fees. Team wallets keep what they make: that is the team's income, and we say so plainly.

How to check. On Solscan, every sale from a BOWL wallet is followed by a SOL transfer to the Kotik Bowl address, which is on the Explorer.

Creator fees go 100% to the Kotik Bowl

What this means. The coin's pump.fun fee sharing has one recipient: the Kotik Bowl, 100%. pump.fun lets this be set only once, when the coin is created, so after that nobody on our side can change it. Nothing else is taken out of the creator fees. The team's income is its Team wallets, sold under rules 2 to 4.

How to check. Open the fee-sharing transaction on Solscan, or the coin's fee-sharing settings on pump.fun. The link is posted here with the wallet addresses at launch.

How the locks work

We lock tranches with Jupiter Lock, one escrow per wallet:

  • Nobody can cancel it (cancel mode NONE), not us and not the recipient.
  • Nobody can change the recipient (update-recipient mode NONE). The recipient is that wallet's announced address.
  • Cliff only. 100% becomes claimable on the cliff date, nothing before. The cliff is the earliest date: rules 2 to 4 still apply after it.

For every escrow the Explorer checks that it exists, belongs to the Jupiter Lock program, holds $KOTIK, pays the right wallet, can't be cancelled and was not cancelled. A wallet without an escrow is a soft lock: it is held back by our word and watched by the "moved while locked" flag.

GMGN, DexScreener and Jupiter show lock escrows as ordinary top holders. RugCheck labels them "Jupiter Locker". The Explorer reads the escrows from the chain itself.

Checking the locks…

What is checked automatically, and what by hand

Only rule 2 has a machine check. Everything else is public data that anyone can read, and we post the numbers we used.

Rule 1 · Public wallets

Explorer: the live balance of each wallet plus its lock.

You: creator wallet = 0 KOTIK, and the creation tx.

Rule 2 · Locked until a milestone Automatic

Explorer: "moved while locked", meaning more than 0,000 KOTIK left a wallet that is still marked locked. The lock checks above. Whether the market cap is above each milestone right now.

You: the 00 h hold on the DexScreener chart.

Rule 3 · Public notice

Explorer: nothing automatic.

You: the notice time against the wallet's first outgoing tx.

Rule 4 · Slow selling

Explorer: the share of each tranche already moved.

You: the daily amounts, and the 0% of volume.

Rule 5 · Bowl-wallet money

Explorer: nothing automatic.

You: the BOWL wallet to Kotik Bowl transfers.

Rule 6 · Creator fees

Explorer: nothing automatic.

You: the fee-sharing transaction.

If a rule is broken

  1. On the Explorer the wallet's flag turns red ("moved while locked"). For the other rules, anyone can point it out on X or Telegram with the tx link.
  2. Within 24 hours we post a public note: which rule, which wallet, which tx, what happened.
  3. That wallet stops moving tokens until the note is out.
  4. The SOL from the part that broke the rule goes to the Kotik Bowl within 48 hours, whichever wallet it came from.
  5. The incident is added to the log below, permanently.

If a flag is wrong, for example because tokens moved to another token account of the same wallet, we explain it with the tx.

Incident log: none so far.

How we count bowls

Bowl maththe whole formula
1 bowl
00 g of dry food
Bowls fed
kg × 1000 ÷ 00
Example
00 kg = 000 bowls
Price basis
$0 per kg
Bowls waiting
Bowl SOL × SOL price ÷ price basis
Counted so far
—
  • "Bowls fed" is the sum of kilograms in Bowl Reports. It moves only when food is actually bought, never when SOL arrives.
  • Only dry food counts. Wet food is listed in a report but adds no bowls.
  • "Bowls waiting" is an estimate: it uses our price basis, and real prices differ by shop and country.
  • A transaction proves that SOL left the Bowl. The receipt and the photos prove what was bought, which is why every report has both.
  • Street cats in winter and nursing mothers eat more than a bowl, so we always show kilograms and money next to bowls. We never claim "cats saved".

Read before buying

Short and honest. If something here worries you, don't buy.

  1. It's a meme coin. No utility, no intrinsic value, no roadmap. It can go to zero. Not an investment and not financial advice. Nobody here promises a price, profit, listings or returns.

  2. It's not a charity. Not a non-profit, not a foundation, nothing registered. We are private people who buy cat food with the Kotik Bowl and post receipts. Buying $KOTIK is a trade, not a donation, and nobody gets a tax receipt.

  3. Where the money goes. 100% of creator fees go to the Kotik Bowl, which buys cat food. The team's income is its 0 Team wallets (0% of supply), sold under the rules above. The 0 Bowl wallets (0%) are sold the same way, and that SOL goes to the Bowl.

  4. The dev wallets can sell. 00 public wallets, 0% in total, unlock at market-cap milestones and then sell slowly. Rules 1 to 6 above say exactly how.

  5. What you are trusting us with.

    • The Kotik Bowl is a normal wallet the team controls. Receipts show what it buys, but the key is ours.
    • A wallet without an on-chain lock is held back only by our word and the Explorer's flag.
    • Jupiter Lock, the program that holds the locked tranches, can be upgraded by its own team's multisig.
    • pump.fun can tag, hide or ban coins and streams, and its admins can reassign a coin's creator through their community-takeover process.
  6. Analytics tools will flag our wallets. The dev wallets get their tokens from the creator wallet, so GMGN may call them insiders, pump.fun's audit tab shows "Funded by another wallet", and Bubblemaps draws one cluster. That is the announced 0%, not a hidden bag. Compare the addresses with the Explorer.

  7. Only one contract address is real. It's on our site and on the pump.fun page our X account links to. Anything else is fake. We never DM first, never run airdrops, never ask for a seed phrase.

  8. Where you are matters. pump.fun is not available in the UK, Russia and other restricted jurisdictions per its Terms. Its Terms also forbid using a VPN to get around that. Don't buy from there.

  9. Shelters and volunteers in Bowl Reports are named only with their consent. They don't endorse $KOTIK.

  10. The Team section on the site is a joke until people choose to reveal themselves.

  11. The site can lag. Market cap, prices and balances come from public APIs with a timestamp. If the site and the chain disagree, the chain wins.

  12. Taxes and local rules are yours. Check them where you live.

Questions about the rules

Can the team dump?

Not quickly and not quietly. A pair unlocks only after the market cap holds its milestone for 00 h, then there are 00 h of public notice, then at most 00% of a wallet per day and at most 0% of daily volume for all dev wallets together.

How do I check all this?

Open the Explorer: every dev wallet with its address, balance, lock and milestone, the Kotik Bowl balance, and every Bowl Report with its tx link. It flags any wallet that moves tokens while it is locked. The other rules are public data that you can read on Solscan, and the "What is checked" section above says where.

What if someone breaks a rule?

The Explorer flags it, we post what happened within 24 h, the wallet stops, and the SOL from the part that broke the rule goes to the Kotik Bowl. The full steps are above.

Why does GMGN or RugCheck flag the dev wallets?

They got their tokens from the creator wallet, so tools may call them insiders or a cluster. That is the announced 0%. Compare the addresses with the Explorer.

Is $KOTIK a charity?

No. It's a meme coin run by private people who buy cat food with the Kotik Bowl and post receipts. Not a non-profit, not a foundation, no tax receipts. Buying $KOTIK is a trade, not a donation.

Is $KOTIK a good investment?

It isn't one. It's a meme coin that can go to zero, and nobody promises a price or returns. Only buy what you would be happy to spend on cat food.

Can I send SOL straight to the Bowl?

Yes, on Feed the Bowl. It is a gift to private people for cat food: it doesn't buy $KOTIK, can't be refunded and isn't tax-deductible.
